Cancellation Policy

No cancellations after session confirmation
No cancellation after session delivery

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed under the following conditions:

Refund Duration: Within 7 days from the date of payment
Duplicate or technical payment error
Service cancellation due to internal reasons

Refund Mode: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.

No refunds shall be applicable once the counselling session/service has been delivered.
